Goldennivah (operated by Raadhvi International, GSTIN: 27AAOFH4318Q1ZL) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will become effective immediately once updated on this website. You are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly, especially before signing up or signing in, to remain informed of any changes.

Online Account

As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.goldennivah.com using your email address and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. Any orders placed using your login credentials will be considered as placed by you and processed accordingly.

Terms of Operations

www.goldennivah.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. All pending orders at the time of such cancellation will either be fulfilled or refunded.

Goldennivah also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without providing a reason. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of our website or services.

Warranty and Liability

Goldennivah.com shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of products purchased from the website. We accept no liability for delays or failure to perform our obligations if such delays or failures are due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and information displayed on www.goldennivah.com are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Goldennivah independently designed, developed, and maintained the site.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from the website without prior written permission. Legal action will be pursued under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts in case of infringement.

Damaged Products

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, damages during transit are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing a photo of the damaged item to goldennivah@gmail.com.

We will offer a replacement with the same or a similar product, depending on available stock. Damage claims received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned, we can re-ship it upon your request with an additional charge of ₹250.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipping will be done only after receiving the full payment online, along with the additional shipping fee.
